30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

Return Conditions

Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

 

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at Support@cupiprint.com. Returns should be sent to: 1500 N Grant St ste c, Denver, Colorado 80203, United States. If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, personal care products (e.g., beauty items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the return conditions above.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Support@cupiprint.com.
